7. Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAVILIONSECURITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
No security solution can guarantee 100% protection. You acknowledge that email security involves ongoing risks and requires active participation in maintaining security practices.
8. Termination
By You
Terminate anytime through account settings or by contacting support. Effective at end of billing period.
By Us
We may terminate for terms violations, non-payment, illegal use, or security compromises.
Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days for export purposes, then permanently deleted.
9. Dispute Resolution

- Arbitration: Binding arbitration for disputes (except small claims)
